  • pumpkin pancakes: 3-4 c pancake batter, 3/4 c pumpkin puree, 1 Tbsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ground cloves, cream to thin batter.
  • Freshly ground nutmeg works best.
