- Layer chopped onion, garlic, bell peppers, potatoes, and chicken in crock-pot. Drizzle w/olive oil, add salt, pepper, 1-2 Tbsp paprika.
- Repeat layers. Add extra paprika (hot, rather than sweet) if desired. Top with chopped tomatoes. Turn on, cook all day.
- If you like less of a stew consistency, add water to pot before turning it on. Serve with bread.
- Oh, totally forgot to add "stir in sour cream before serving." Delicious!

Chicken paprikash
