Today's recipes:
  • Last night, made jambalaya for dinner. Started by chopping onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, chili, cooked turkey sausage, garlic, and chicken.
  • Sauté onion & chicken. Add rice, bell pepper, chile, 1 tsp. thyme & 1 (or more) tsp. paprika. Cook until rice translucent.
  • Add chicken stock, sausage, & tomatoes. Simmer until rice is cooked through. Add peeled shrimp and/or peas a couple minutes before serving.
