Chicken paprikash

Tomorrow night, chicken paprikash adapted from Valerie Comer. (Recipe originally tweeted Dec 3, but it didn't post for some reason.)

  • Layer chopped onion, garlic, bell peppers, potatoes, and chicken in crock-pot. Drizzle w/olive oil, add salt, pepper, 1-2 Tbsp paprika.


  • Repeat layers. Add extra paprika (hot, rather than sweet) if desired. Top with chopped tomatoes. Turn on, cook all day.


  • If you like less of a stew consistency, add water to pot before turning it on. Serve with bread.


  • Oh, totally forgot to add "stir in sour cream before serving." Delicious!
